Craftsmen Staffing provides skilled labor craftsmen and tradesmen (men and women) to industrial companies and construction clients on a contractual engagement.  Craftsmen Staffing is a division of N-Tier Solutions Inc., which has been in the staffing and project solutions business for 19 years.  Our clients range from small General Contracting and Construction companies to various different Fortune 500+ companies. Our company is incorporated and headquartered in North Carolina and registered in 18 different states across the US where we had contractors on assignments.   Craftsmen Staffing is locally owned and privately operated and able to customize our services to meet the needs of our clients and employees.  The company prides itself on being agile and flexible where decisions can be made quickly without corporate policy restrictions or layers of approvals. The Senior Operations Manager of Craftsman Staffing is a licensed electrician and previous business owner who has worked as a contract and full-time employee in the electrical and construction industry for many years. The President of Craftsmen Staffing also owns and operates a construction company, www.ntierconstruction.com, which specializes in roofing, siding, windows, doors and remodeling.  This company is a separate entity but under the same private ownership.  This allow us the flexibility to utilize our employees and resources between each company while always remaining focused, knowledgeable and hands-on in the construction industry.
